ABOUT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

When you choose a "Subscribe & Save" option, you enrol in a recurring subscription. Your selected pack is automatically delivered and charged to your saved payment method on a repeating schedule — for example every 40, 60 or 80 days, depending on the pack you choose — until you cancel. The subscription price and delivery frequency are always shown at checkout before you confirm your order, and again in your order confirmation email.

NO COMMITMENT, NO FEES

There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee. You are free to skip a delivery, change your delivery frequency, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You can manage your subscription at any time in one of two ways:

• From your account: Log in to your account on our website and open your subscription portal, where you can skip an upcoming delivery, change your frequency, pause, or cancel.
• By contacting us: Email our team at help@cacaozers.com and we'll make the change for you.

WHEN YOUR CANCELLATION TAKES EFFECT

To avoid being charged for your next delivery, please cancel or pause before your next scheduled billing date (your upcoming billing date is shown in your account).

Once an order has already been processed or shipped, that particular order can no longer be cancelled — it will be delivered, and you may return it in line with our Refund & Return Policy. Cancelling your subscription stops all future renewals; it does not automatically refund an order that has already been billed or shipped.

RENEWAL REMINDERS

We may send you a reminder email before each upcoming subscription order so you have time to skip, change, pause or cancel before you are billed.
